Our CERTIFIED MEDICAL PLANNER™ charter-holders will provide healthcare professionals with the unbiased information, communication, and human resources necessary to grow their personal financial assets and enhance their medical practices, in an ethically responsible manner.

    The http://www.MedicalExecutivePost.com entered into a national stratgic alliance partnship with the Nash on Health Policy Forum to provide daily syndicated content to its subscribers and readers. NOHPF was launched by colleague David Nash MD, MBA, the newly appointed Founding Dean of the Jefferson School of Population Health, on the campus of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Nash is also the Dr. Raymond C. and Doris N. Grandon Professor of Health Policy and this endowed professorship is one of a handful of such chairs in the nation. The appointment as the Founding Dean culminates a nearly twenty-year tenure at Jefferson.

    Dr. Nash, a Board Certified Internist, founded the original Office of Health Policy in 1990. Thirteen years later, the Office evolved into one of the first Departments of Health Policy in an American medical college. In 2008, the Board of Jefferson University approved the creation of the new school. The Jefferson School of Population Health represents the first time a health-sciences university has placed four Masters Programs under one roof, namely a Masters in Public Health, Health Policy, Healthcare Quality and Safety and Chronic Care Management. The goal of this innovative school is to produce a new type of healthcare leader for the future.

    Dr. David Edward Marcinko MBA CMP™ and the ME-P entered into a regional strategic alliance partnership with the emerging entity http://www.PrivatePractice.MD, a common venue for medical students and providers to meet, share their insights and tips about how to best manage their private practice and their non-clinical professional lives.     March 2007: Wayne Firebaugh CFP CPA, and a Certified Medical Planner™ from Roanoke VA., repositions Firebaugh Capital Management to target physicians, healthcare institutions and other medical professionals.

    February 2007: Thomas A.     2004:

    January 2004: iMBA Inc, releases its Certified Medical Planner™ identification logo. The unique license-plate design was developed in-house, as each blue ribbon floral represents integration of the personal financial planning process with medical management principles. Although first charted in 2000, two additional years of educational and IT testing are planned before official program launch and fiduciary charter-membership is granted.

    2003:

    November 2003: Financial Planning for Physicians and Healthcare Professionals 2003, a 1,200 page major annual textbook with CD-ROM, is released by Aspen Publishers.
